Submit completed forms to any of the above locations or mail to: HFS Race, C/O John Dudas, 1757 Highland Blvd, Unit 1, Bozeman, MT 59715. Mail-in Registrations must be postmarked by November 17th, 2008.

You can also register in person at Fleet Feet Bozeman from Monday, November 24 to Wednesday, November 26 during normal business hours.

Or, Race-Day Registration available: 7:00 AM to 8:15 AM SHARP!

 

Registration Information:

5K and 10K: $20 Pre-registered, $25 on Race-Day (7:00am to 8:15am SHARP!).

Kids' Run is FREE with a canned food donation. Please bring canned food donations to the Starting Line area.

Please bring as many non-perishable food items as you can. Let's try to double last year's food donation of 540 pounds!

Your Registration Fee for 5K & 10K includes:

*The satisfaction of participating in this second annual event to benefit the Gallatin Valley Food Bank! What better way to spend Thanksgiving morning?!

*A terrific long-sleeve micro fiber shirt that you'll wear all winter.

*Runner's Packet with bib number and all kinds of fun stuff.

*Water stations on course.

*Post-race refreshments, food, music entertainment and socializing in our warming tent!

*Raffle for door prizes from sponsors.

*First Aid medical personnel at Start/Finish Line and patrols along course.

*Prize for participants who "Smoke the Turkey" (male & female) in the 5K!

*Great awards for winners! See below for a breakdown list of divisions.

Sorry - no refunds or transfers. It's a fund-raiser!

Sorry - no headphones, roller blades, dogs or bikes (except pace leaders) on race course. Strollers are permitted to start at the back of the field.

Please thoroughly review waiver of liability on Registration Form.  All participants must accept and sign this waiver of liability.

Race Divisions

The following are race divisions for male and female for the 5K and 10K:

Overall winners, top 3
Open Division, top 3 (<39 years)
Masters' Division, top 3 (40-59 years)
Super Masters' winner (60+ years)
Clydesdale winner (male: 200+ lbs; optional election for eligible participants)
Athena winner (female: 150+ lbs; optional election for eligible participants)
