Packet Pick-Up
Race Packet Pick-Up and In-Person Registration ONE DAY ONLY!
Gallatin County Fairgrounds Building # 1 (See map below)
Wednesday, November 22nd, 2023 from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
You can register in person at our kiosk. Upon your arrival please choose any line to pick up your race shirt and bib.
We will also feature a “Solutions Table” should you have any questions or concerns.
BYOB (bring your own bag) if you are picking up multiple shirts and bibs to help us reduce our waste.
*All participants are highly encouraged to stop by on Wednesday to pick up their race packet, bib number, and 2023 HFS t-shirt. If you are unable to make it to Gallatin County Fairgrounds Building # 1, Registration and Packet Pick-up are available on Thanksgiving morning at the Museum of the Rockies from 7:00 am to 9:00 am. Expect a crowd and arrive early.
Volunteer Orientation
We will also hold Volunteer Orientation at packet pick-up from 9:00-10:30 am. Note that this is a window of time to stop in—orientation will not be this long. This is your opportunity to check in with your race directors, pick up your HFS shirt if you reserved one when signing up, and reduce any uncertainty you may have about your volunteer role.
Attending orientation is highly encouraged for race course volunteers, especially Race Course Flaggers, Route Volunteers, Traffic Control, Bicycle volunteers and Water Station volunteers. If this time does not work for you, call or text Rachel at (619) 917-5476 to coordinate another time to check in. All other volunteers are more then welcome to attend, but it is not required.
