WHEN AND WHERE IS PACKET PICK-UP?
Packet pickup location GALLATIN COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS, EXPO BUILDING #1, Wednesday, November 24th from 7:00 am-7:00 pm

CAN I HAVE MY MONEY REFUNDED
No, but you may defer to the following year by logging into your account on www.runsignup.com, but you must do so by November 18th. How to defer my registration

CAN I CHANGE THE EVENT I AM REGISTERED FOR (OR CHANGE FROM IN-PERSON TO VIRTUAL or vice a versa)
How to transfer to another event.  You may switch your registration from in-person to virtual or vice versa by November 24th. If you upgrade to an event that costs more, you will pay the difference (for example switching your registration from a virtual 5k to run in-person). If you switch to an event that costs less, the difference will not be refunded but treated as a generous donation to Huffing For Stuffing and Gallatin Valley Food Bank.

TOILETS
There are port-a-potties at the Museum of the Rockies and by the aid stations on Wagon Wheel & Peace Pipe.

SAFETY
The course is coned and marked very well, but it is open to traffic. There will be Certified Flaggers and police officers at some intersections. Please run or walk on the right side of the road unless otherwise directed. We strongly discourage music devices. Baby joggers are allowed, but we ask that you start the run/walk towards the back of Corral 4.

CAN I RUN WITH MY DOG?
No. Our insurance company can revoke our policy if dogs are on the premises.  For the safety of the race, runners and dogs, we do NOT allow dogs at Huffing For Stuffing or on Museum of the Rockies grounds.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FOR WEATHER?
We’ve had temperatures in November that range from -15 to 40.  We would suggest being prepared for rain, snow, slush, or shine.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIRT SIZE?
There will be NO changing of shirt sizes at packet pick up.  We base our ordering on what you order. Check out the T-shirt size charts before selecting your size.

CAN I HAVE A FRIEND PICK UP MY RACE PACKET?
Yes, you may.

WHAT AWARDS AND PRIZES ARE THERE AND WHAT TIME ARE THEY GIVEN?
We will be giving awards to overall finishers, male and female in the 5K, 10K, and 15K. Age group awards will be given to top three winners in their age bracket (every 10 years).  Awards will start at 10:15 am. If you think you have won, stop by the Awards Tent, located behind the Big Tent on the north side.  Unclaimed awards will be held for 30 days.

CAN I RUN WITH AN IPOD OR OTHER DEVICE?
Music devices and earbuds/earphones are strongly discouraged.  For your safety and the safety of those around you, it is recommended that you leave the music at home on race day.

WILL THERE BE A WAY TO STORE MY CLOTHING AT THE MUSEUM OF THE ROCKIES?
No, at this time we are unable to provide storage.  We are not responsible for any lost clothing or items.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

Parking is available at the MSU Fieldhouse, University Police Station, Greek Way, and east of the Museum near Freshies and Pilgrim Church.

Parking is NOT permitted in the Museum of the Rockies lot or the EAST Stadium Tailgate lot*(this is the Kids’ Run Course). Kagy will be closed from South 11th to South Third. Please note this year the 15K course will run along Kagy from S.11th to S. 7th. If you choose to park east of the museum (Freshies parking lot), please walk on the EAST side and NORTH side of the SIDEWALK—the SOUTH side of Kagy and the WEST side of South 3rd is part of the racecourse.

Expect traffic delays. The races will start on time! Plan accordingly and dress warm!

SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS:
For handcycle and wheelchair entrants, it is the participants’ responsibility to provide a manually operated wheelchair or handcycle that is fully functional and properly maintained.  Handcycles and racing wheelchairs are expected to abide by the equipment rules and guidelines of the International Paralympic Committee.  Please fill out our contact form if you need any accommodations.
