Packet Pickup

and In-Person Registration

Wednesday, November 26th during TWO time windows:
7:30 am to 1:00 pm OR
4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
HRDC's Market Place (206 E Griffin Drive)

All participants are highly encouraged to stop by on Wednesday to pick up their race packet, bib, and 2025 HFS shirt. We also allow registration in person. Shirts will only be available at Packet Pickup, not on Thanksgiving morning.

Upon arrival, please choose any line to pick up your materials. We will also feature our Solutions Table should you have any questions or concerns. BYOB (bring your own bag) if you are picking up multiple shirts and bibs to help us reduce our waste!

Race day registration will be available on Thanksgiving morning at the Museum of the Rockies from 7:00 am to 9:00 am. Expect a crowd and arrive early. Please keep in mind that shirts will not be available for race day registration.

We are excited to welcome you to Packet Pickup at HRDC's Market Place for the second year! This means Packet Pickup will not be at the fairgrounds like previous years.

Volunteer Orientation

We will also hold Volunteer Orientation at Packet Pickup from 9:00-10:30 am. Note that this is a window of time to stop in—orientation will not be this long. This is your opportunity to check in with your race directors, pick up your HFS shirt if you reserved one when signing up, and reduce any uncertainty you may have about your volunteer role.

Attending orientation is highly encouraged for race course volunteers, especially Race Course Flaggers, Route Volunteers, Traffic Control, and Bicycle Volunteers. If this time does not work for you, call or text Rachel at 406.602.8896 to coordinate another time to check in.

Parking

There is onsite parking available at HRDC's Market Place, but please note that parking may be limited, particularly around the open hours of our food bank and Fork & Spoon (our pay-what-you-can restaurant). Packet Pickup will close during the food bank's shopping hours (1:00-4:00 pm). Street parking is available along Manley Road and Industrial Road. Please do not park in the lots of surrounding businesses. If possible, we highly encourage carpooling with friends and family who will also be participating. We also welcome you to pick up packets for your friends and family.
